Copycat Krispy Kreme Raspberry Cheesecake Doughnut

Ingredients

Doughnut Dough

  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 ½ cups flour

Cheesecake Filling

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Raspberry Topping

  • ½ cup raspberry jam
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. Make dough

Activate yeast in warm milk + sugar (5–10 min).

Add butter, egg, salt, and flour. Mix into dough.

Knead 5–7 minutes.

Let rise 1 hour until doubled.

2. Shape & fry

Roll and cut rounds.

Let rise again 30 minutes.

Fry at 350°F (175°C) until golden.

Cool completely.

3. Make filling

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

4. Prepare topping

Mix raspberry jam with lemon juice for brightness.

5. Assemble

Fill doughnuts with cheesecake filling.

Top with raspberry layer.

Tips

  • Slight chill helps filling set
  • Use seedless jam for smoother finish
  • Don’t overfill or it will leak
