Copycat Recipe: Chicken Big Mac

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 breaded chicken patties (store-bought or homemade)

Big Mac Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp relish
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Sandwich Assembly

  • 3 burger buns (top, middle, bottom)
  • shredded lettuce
  • pickles
  • 2 slices American cheese

Instructions

1. Cook chicken

Cook chicken patties according to instructions until crispy.

2. Make sauce

Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and vinegar.

3. Prepare buns

Lightly toast all bun pieces.

4. Assemble bottom layer

Bottom bun → sauce → lettuce → cheese → chicken patty

5. Add middle bun

Place middle bun → sauce → lettuce → chicken patty

6. Finish

Top with pickles and final bun.

7. Serve

Serve immediately.
