Copycat Recipe: Crumbl Carrot Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 1½ cups flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

Frosting

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions

1. Make batter

Mix oil, sugar, and eggs.

Add carrots.

2. Add dry ingredients

Mix in flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

3. Bake

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes.

4. Make frosting

Mix all frosting ingredients until smooth.

5. Assemble

Let cake cool, then frost.

Tips

  • Use finely grated carrots
  • Don’t overbake
  • Chill frosting slightly before spreading
  • Let cake cool completely
