Copycat Recipe: Dairy Queen S’mores Blizzard

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 2 cups vanilla soft-serve ice cream (or very soft vanilla ice cream blended smooth)
  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows (toasted lightly under a broiler or with a torch)
  • 2 sheets graham crackers, crushed (reserve a pinch for garnish)
  • ¼ cup milk chocolate chunks (the classic s’mores kind, not fancy dark)
  • 2 tbsp marshmallow fluff (optional, for extra gooey texture)

Instructions

  1. Prep the mix-ins: Toast the mini marshmallows until golden. Crush graham crackers into medium crumbs (not dust).
  2. Blend the base: In a large bowl, fold together the soft-serve, toasted marshmallows, chocolate chunks, graham crumbs, and fluff (if using). Don’t overmix — you want chunks in every bite.
  3. Serve Blizzard-style: Divide into cups, sprinkle with reserved graham crumbs, and eat with a spoon.
  4. Optional “ultimate bite”: Press a couple mini marshmallows into the center before freezing slightly — recreating that one gooey bite in the real Blizzard.

✨ Result: Creamy vanilla base with bursts of gooey marshmallow, crunchy chocolate, and graham that nails the campfire vibe.
