Copycat Recipe: Starbucks Brown Sugar Strato

- 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee (cooled)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or oat)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar syrup (or 2 tbsp brown sugar dissolved in hot water)
- ½ tsp molasses (optional, for depth)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Make base: Mix cooled espresso, milk, and brown sugar syrup. Chill.
- Foam top: Whip cream with vanilla and a drizzle of molasses until light but pourable.
