Copycat Recipe: Starbucks Iced Vanilla Cream Protein Latte

This iced latte delivers dessert-in-a-cup vibes with vanilla creaminess and protein-packed richness. Think of it as a sweet, smooth middle ground between a shake and a coffee.

Ingredients (1 serving):

1 shot espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)

¾ cup milk (dairy or oat milk works best)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1–2 tsp simple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions:

Brew your espresso or strong coffee and let cool slightly. Blend milk, protein powder, vanilla extract, and sweetener until smooth and creamy.

Fill a tall glass with ice.

Pour in the coffee, then top with the vanilla-protein cream mixture.
