Copycat Recipe: Starbucks Strawberries & Cream Cake Pop
Ingredients (makes ~8 cake pops)
- 1 box strawberry cake mix (baked as directed, cooled)
- ½ cup vanilla frosting
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (or candy melts)
- 2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberry powder (or finely crushed freeze-dried strawberries)
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Make the base: Crumble cooled strawberry cake into fine crumbs. Mix with frosting until dough-like.
- Shape: Roll into small balls and insert lollipop sticks. Freeze 20 minutes to firm up.
- Coat: Melt white chocolate. Stir in strawberry powder for color and flavor. Dip cake pops to coat fully.
- Set: Place upright in a foam block or upside down on parchment until hardened.
