Copycat Recipe: Starbucks White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew
1 ½ cups cold brew coffee (store-bought or homemade)
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp white chocolate chips (melted until smooth)
½ tbsp macadamia nut butter (or finely ground roasted macadamias)
2 tsp sugar (or simple syrup, adjust to taste)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Ice, for serving
Optional: crushed shortbread cookie crumbs for garnish
Instructions
Make the foam: In a bowl or milk frother, whip together the cream, melted white chocolate, macadamia butter, vanilla, sugar, and a pinch of salt until it’s fluffy but pourable (cloud-like, not stiff peaks).
Assemble the drink: Fill two glasses with ice. Pour in the cold brew until ¾ full.
Top it off: Spoon or pour the macadamia white chocolate cream foam on top. If desired, sprinkle lightly with cookie crumbs for texture.
Serve: Sip as-is for the layered effect, or stir to blend if you prefer a balanced taste.
Result: Sweet and creamy up front, with bitter coffee sneaking in at the end — exactly like the original.
