Copycat Starbucks Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • ½ cup hot water (for matcha)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or oat works best)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder (for deeper “Dubai chocolate” flavour)
  • 1–2 tsp sugar or simple syrup (optional)
  • ice

Instructions

1. Prepare matcha

Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth and no clumps remain.

2. Build drink

Fill a glass with ice.

Add milk, chocolate syrup, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Stir.

3. Add matcha

Pour matcha over top.

4. Mix

Stir before drinking for full flavour blend.

Tips

  • Sift matcha first to avoid clumps
  • Don’t over-sweeten — chocolate already adds sweetness
  • Use oat milk for creamier texture
  • Stir well — layers are mostly visual
