Copycat Starbucks Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte

Layered, nutty, and sweeter than the cortado.

This one’s more approachable: oatmilk softens everything, and the nutty syrup pairs with the caramel drizzle for a dessert-like sip. The espresso is still there, but it’s background noise.

Ingredients (1 tall)

  • 2 shots espresso
  • ¾ cup oatmilk
  • 1 oz pecan syrup (same as above)
  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Brew espresso, let cool slightly.
  2. Fill glass with ice, add oatmilk and syrup.
  3. Pour espresso over top, drizzle caramel.

Velvet Fork Twist: Add a tiny pinch of cinnamon to the caramel drizzle — it lifts the pecan flavour and makes it feel warmer.
