Copycat Starbucks Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte
Layered, nutty, and sweeter than the cortado.
This one’s more approachable: oatmilk softens everything, and the nutty syrup pairs with the caramel drizzle for a dessert-like sip. The espresso is still there, but it’s background noise.
Ingredients (1 tall)
- 2 shots espresso
- ¾ cup oatmilk
- 1 oz pecan syrup (same as above)
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce
- Ice
Instructions
- Brew espresso, let cool slightly.
- Fill glass with ice, add oatmilk and syrup.
- Pour espresso over top, drizzle caramel.
Velvet Fork Twist: Add a tiny pinch of cinnamon to the caramel drizzle — it lifts the pecan flavour and makes it feel warmer.
