Copycat Starbucks Polar Bear Cake Pop

A soft vanilla cake pop with a cute white-bear design — sweet, moist, and simple. This recipe recreates the flavour and the look.

Ingredients (10–12 pops)

1 box vanilla cake, baked

⅓ cup vanilla frosting

2 cups white candy melts

Mini chocolate chips (eyes)

Pink/black icing (nose details)

Lollipop sticks

Instructions

Crumble cooled cake into fine crumbs. Mix in frosting until dough-like.

Roll into balls and freeze 10–15 minutes.

Melt candy melts.

Dip stick into chocolate, then into cake ball.

Dip whole pop into chocolate.

Add chocolate chip “ears.” Pipe the bear face once dry.

Tips

If coating cracks, double-dip for a smooth finish.

Use oil-based food coloring if you want a creamy white tint.
