Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
Strong, creamy, and more pumpkin pie than latte.
Cold brew gives the bitter backbone here, but the pumpkin cream on top turns it into dessert. Sip without stirring for the layered effect, or mix for balance.
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 2 cups cold brew coffee
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or brown sugar)
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Whisk cream, milk, pumpkin, syrup, spice, and salt until thickened but pourable.
- Fill glasses with cold brew and ice.
- Spoon pumpkin cream on top.
Velvet Fork Twist: Add a pinch of sea salt to the pumpkin cream — it makes the pumpkin pop and balances the bitterness of the cold brew.
