Copycat Starbucks Turkey Sage Danish
This warm, flaky, savoury danish tastes like holiday stuffing wrapped in buttery pastry — soft, cozy, herby, and surprisingly addictive.
Ingredients (4–6 danishes)
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
½ cup shredded turkey
⅓ cup cream cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp sage (fresh or dried)
Salt + pepper to taste
1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix turkey, cream cheese, melted butter, sage, salt, and pepper.
Cut puff pastry into squares.
Add 1 tbsp filling to center of each. Fold edges slightly inward.
Brush with egg wash.
Bake 12–16 minutes until golden.
Tips
Add a pinch of rosemary for extra stuffing flavour.
Use rotisserie chicken if you don’t have turkey — still delicious.
