Copycat Sugar Cookie Cream Cold Brew

This drink is smooth, creamy, lightly sweet, and gives that cozy sugar-cookie flavour without being overpowering. The cold brew stays bold, the sugar-cookie notes stay gentle, and the creamy top ties everything together.

Ingredients (1 drink)

Sugar Cookie Syrup:

¼ cup white sugar

¼ cup brown sugar

½ cup water

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp almond extract

1 tbsp butter

Pinch salt

Cold Brew Drink:

1 cup cold brew coffee

2–3 tbsp sugar cookie syrup

¼ cup cream or half-and-half

½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Sugar cookie syrup

Add sugars, water, butter, and salt to a saucepan. Heat until dissolved and smooth. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla + almond. Cool.

2. Build the drink

Fill a glass with ice. Add cold brew + syrup. In a small cup, mix cream + vanilla until slightly frothy. Pour cream over coffee to create a layered top. Stir before drinking if desired.

Tips

Almond extract is KEY — it’s what gives the true “sugar cookie” taste.

Add holiday sprinkles if you want the Starbucks seasonal vibe.
