Copycat Tim Hortons Biscoff Boston Cream

A spiced twist on the Canadian classic with caramel-cookie filling.

Ingredients

For the Doughnuts:

2 ½ cups flour

2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp yeast

¾ cup warm milk

2 tbsp butter

1 egg

Oil for frying

For the Filling:

½ cup vanilla pudding mix

1 cup milk

2 tbsp Biscoff spread

For the Glaze:

¼ cup Biscoff spread

¼ cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp milk

Instructions

Combine flour, sugar, yeast, milk, butter, and egg into a soft dough.

Let rise 1 hour.

Roll and cut rounds; fry at 350°F until golden.

Mix pudding, milk, and Biscoff spread for the filling. Chill.

Fill each doughnut with the Biscoff custard using a pastry bag.

Mix glaze ingredients and spoon over the top.

Tip: Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top before the glaze sets for texture.
