Copycat Tim Hortons Biscoff Croissant
Sticky, buttery layers filled with Biscoff spread — the ultimate winter indulgence.
Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
¼ cup Biscoff spread (cookie butter)
2 tbsp crushed Biscoff cookies
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Roll pastry slightly thinner and cut into triangles.
Spread 1 tsp Biscoff on each triangle, then sprinkle with crushed cookies.
Roll into croissant shape, brush with butter, and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Bake for 15–17 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Let cool, then drizzle with a mix of 2 tbsp melted Biscoff and 1 tsp milk.
Tip: Warm your Biscoff spread before using — it spreads more evenly and caramelizes better during baking.
