Copycat Tim Hortons Chocolate Pistachio Latte (Hot & Iced)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 shot espresso (or ¼ cup strong coffee)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbsp pistachio syrup (or pistachio extract + sugar)
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • ice (for iced version)

Instructions

Hot Latte

  1. Heat milk until steaming (not boiling).
  2. Brew espresso.
  3. Stir chocolate syrup and pistachio syrup into espresso.
  4. Pour in hot milk and stir.

Iced Latte

  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add espresso, chocolate syrup, and pistachio syrup.
  3. Pour cold milk over top and stir.

Tips

  • Pistachio should be subtle — don’t overdo it
  • Use whole milk for creamier texture
  • Adjust chocolate depending on sweetness preference
  • Shake iced version for better blending
