Copycat Tim Hortons Holiday Bear Doughnut

Cute, simple, and sweet — this doughnut tastes like nostalgia with a smile.

Ingredients

2 ¼ cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

¼ cup sugar

¾ cup milk

1 egg

3 tbsp melted butter

Oil for frying

1 cup vanilla glaze (icing sugar + milk)

Brown and white icing for decorating

Instructions

Mix flour, baking powder, and sugar. Add milk, egg, and butter; mix until a dough forms.

Roll to ½-inch thick, cut circles (use a glass), and fry at 350°F until golden.

Cool completely, then dip tops in vanilla glaze.

Use brown icing for the face and white for the snout details. Allow to set 10 minutes before serving.

Tip: Chill your dough before cutting — it helps the doughnuts hold their shape better when frying.
