Copycat Tim Hortons Toasted Marshmallow Cold Brew

This Toasted Marshmallow Cold Brew is sweet, creamy, and cozy — basically dessert in a cup but still light enough to sip like coffee. The marshmallow flavor smooths out the bitter edge of the cold brew, and it’s balanced in a way that makes it one of Tim’s best cold brews yet. Making it at home means you can dial up the marshmallow sweetness or keep it mellow, depending on your taste.

Ingredients (1 serving)

1 cup cold brew coffee (strong brew works best) ¼ cup milk or cream (use half-and-half for extra richness) 2 tbsp marshmallow syrup (or homemade: see tip below) 1 tbsp vanilla syrup Whipped cream (optional, for topping) Mini marshmallows (optional, toasted for garnish)

Instructions

Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in cold brew and milk/cream. Stir in marshmallow syrup and vanilla syrup until fully blended. Top with whipped cream if you want the full Tim’s look. Garnish with a few mini marshmallows — toast them lightly with a kitchen torch for that toasted finish.

Tip for Homemade Marshmallow Syrup:

In a small saucepan, heat ½ cup sugar, ½ cup water, and 1 cup mini marshmallows. Stir until melted and smooth, then cool before using.
