Crumbl Brookie Review
Half brownie, half cookie—the Brookie remains one of those concepts that never loses its charm, and Crumbl executes it with precision. One side is dark and cocoa-rich, the other golden and buttery, and they meet in the middle like two dessert worlds shaking hands.
The brownie half is dense but not dry, fudgy without crossing into underbaked territory. The cookie half adds sweetness and a hint of vanilla warmth. Together, they create harmony: one bite deep and rich, the next bright and mellow, and somehow both at once.
What makes it work is restraint. Neither half overwhelms the other. The chocolate holds back just enough for the cookie dough to breathe, and that balance keeps each bite interesting from start to finish.
It’s indulgent but never heavy—a “split personality” cookie that actually feels whole. Easily one of Crumbl’s most consistent classics.
