Crumbl Review: Andes Green Mint Brownie Cookie

This one is very clearly built for chocolate + mint people, and right away you can tell it’s leaning more brownie than cookie.

The base is dense, soft, and rich — almost fully in that fudgy brownie category rather than a traditional cookie texture. It has that slightly underbaked feel in the center, which works really well here because it keeps everything moist and heavy in a good way.

Flavour-wise, the chocolate is strong. It’s not overly sweet chocolate either — it leans slightly darker, which helps balance everything.

Then the mint comes in through the Andes pieces and topping. It’s noticeable, but not overpowering. It sits more in the background and comes through as you keep eating rather than hitting you all at once.

That balance is what makes this cookie work. A lot of mint desserts either go too strong or feel artificial, but this one stays smooth and controlled.

Texture-wise, you get the soft brownie base with small bits of melt from the chocolate and Andes pieces, which adds just enough variation so it’s not one-note.

It’s definitely a richer cookie, so it’s not something you’d want a lot of at once — but for what it is, it delivers exactly what you expect.

Final Verdict:

A rich, brownie-style cookie with a smooth mint finish. Well-balanced and solid for anyone who likes chocolate mint without it being overwhelming.
