Crumbl Review: Strawberries & Cream Cookie

This one shifts completely away from the heavy chocolate side and into something lighter and more balanced.

Visually, it’s softer and usually topped with a cream layer or drizzle, sometimes with strawberry elements that make it look more like a dessert than a standard cookie.

The first bite is soft and slightly cakey.

The strawberry flavour comes through early, and it’s noticeable. It leans sweet rather than tart, but still brings enough brightness to stand out.

The cream element is what balances it. It smooths everything out and gives that classic strawberries-and-cream feel instead of just being a fruit cookie.

The balance here is much better than most of the heavier options:

  • sweetness from the base
  • brightness from strawberry
  • smoothness from cream

It keeps it from feeling one-note.

Texture:

  • soft cookie base
  • creamy topping
  • slight variation depending on strawberry pieces

It’s still sweet, but not overwhelmingly so.

This is one of the easier cookies to finish because it doesn’t feel heavy or dense.

Final Verdict:

Light, balanced, and easy to eat. A strong option if you want something less rich and more refreshing.
