Crumbl Review: Strawberry Biscoff Cookie

This one is an interesting mix right from the start. Biscoff is already a strong, warm, spiced flavour, and pairing it with strawberry isn’t the most obvious combination, so the expectation is really about whether those two flavours actually work together or just sit separately.

The base leans into that Biscoff-style profile — soft, slightly dense, and carrying that warm, caramelized spice flavour. It’s immediately recognizable and pretty dominant.

Then the strawberry comes in, usually through a topping or layer, and it adds a lighter, slightly sweet contrast. It’s not overly tart, but it’s enough to shift the cookie away from being too heavy.

The balance is where this cookie gets interesting. The Biscoff is still the stronger flavour, but the strawberry softens it just enough to make it feel less one-note. Instead of competing, they kind of sit side-by-side.

Texture-wise, it stays mostly soft throughout. The base is thick and chewy, while the topping adds a bit of variation, but nothing too dramatic.

This is still a richer cookie overall, but the strawberry helps break it up so it doesn’t feel overly dense.

It’s not the most natural pairing, but it works better than you’d expect.

Final Verdict:

A unique combination that actually works. Biscoff still leads, but the strawberry adds a nice balance.
