Crumbl Triple Berry Shortcake Cookie Review
First Impression
This cookie looks fresh and fun the second you open the box. The bright berries and swirl of cream make it look more like a mini dessert than just a cookie. The only tiny downside? The cake sits a little taller than the box, so some of the topping pressed against the lid. It’s barely a complaint, though — it still looked like something you’d want to dig into right away.
Flavor
The berry flavor leaned more “generic fruity” than distinct strawberry or blueberry, but it worked. It was sweet without being too sweet, and most importantly, it actually tasted fresh — not frozen or fake. The fruitiness gave it a nice lightness that paired well with the cookie base.
Balance
The layers really did their job here. The cookie base brought a solid foundation, the fruit gave sweetness and brightness, and the cream added just enough lightness to pull it all together. Nothing felt overpowering; it was a clean mix of flavors.
Texture
Soft and airy, just like a shortcake should be. The cream and fruit blended smoothly into each bite, while the cookie base stayed tender and supportive without getting soggy.
Portion & Enjoyment
This one felt indulgent but not heavy. The balance of fruit and cream made it light enough that you could honestly eat more than one without feeling weighed down.
Overall
A really solid cookie — fun, fresh, and exactly what a shortcake-inspired cookie should be. I’d definitely order it again, especially if you like your cookies to double as dessert-style treats.
