Review: Crumbl Biscoff Ice Cream Cookie (Chilled)
The first bite is a sugar rush — the icing is so sweet that it almost completely overshadows the cookie beneath. But once you manage a bite of just the cookie itself, you’re rewarded with something that tastes very much like Biscoff: thick, spiced, and a little crumbly, almost ball-like.
It’s a cookie of two experiences — overly sweet icing on one hand, authentic Biscoff flavour on the other. Together, they’re a little uneven.
Bottom Line: Fans of Biscoff will appreciate the cookie base, but the icing tilts this one into “sweet overload.” Worth trying once, but maybe not a repeat.
✨ Want to try this one at home? I’ll be posting my copycat recipe for it next week. Keep an eye out if you want to recreate the flavor without the drive-thru.
