Review : Crumbl Confetti Cookie

The Confetti cookie is another one that relies heavily on its icing to carry the flavor. The cookie base is fairly plain — soft and chewy, yes, but not particularly memorable on its own. Most of what you taste is the icing: sweet, creamy, and heavily vanilla-leaning.

The sprinkles add the “fun” factor visually, but don’t contribute much in taste. They do, however, add a subtle crunch here and there, which helps break up the texture. Without them, this cookie would feel flat.

Balance-wise, it’s mostly sugar and vanilla with no other standout notes. If you’re someone who likes the “birthday cake” flavor in other desserts, this will work for you. But if you prefer depth — chocolate, spice, fruit — this won’t hit those notes.

That said, it’s not a bad cookie. It’s fun, it’s festive, and it’s kid-friendly. But compared to others in the lineup, it feels forgettable.

👉 Next week, I’ll share a Confetti cookie recipe that elevates the vanilla base — fun, soft, and with just the right sprinkle crunch.
