Review: Crumbl S’mores Cookie

The S’mores cookie greets you with the unmistakable smell of a campfire classic, and all the right pieces are there—chocolate, marshmallow, and graham. But in the first bite, it leans more toward plain cookie with chocolate on top than a true s’mores experience. The magic happens in the center, where two mini marshmallows melt into the base and give you that “ultimate bite” with everything together. It’s a great moment, but also a limited one since you only get it once or twice per cookie.

The chocolate is spot on—it tastes exactly like the milk chocolate bars you’d find in a store-bought s’mores kit. Not fancy, not premium, but exactly the right flavor for this kind of cookie. The marshmallow, when you get it, is gooey and nostalgic, but its placement makes it feel more like a bonus than a guarantee. The graham element, though, is the part that falls flat. A dusting of graham crumbs on top isn’t enough to bring that flavor through—you’d almost want the cookie base itself to be graham-flavored for it to really deliver.

Texture-wise, it’s soft and balanced, with everything blending smoothly together. It doesn’t have the crunchy contrast of a real s’more, but it’s still an enjoyable cookie. For me, a mini was more than enough, though I can see diehard s’mores fans happily finishing a full size.

Bottom Line:

The S’mores cookie is good, but it doesn’t quite capture the full campfire bite. Think of it as a soft, sweet cookie with a hint of s’mores nostalgia—worth having again, as long as you know it’s more cookie than campfire classic.
