S’mores Cookie — Crumbl Weekly Review

There are few things more comforting than a good s’more — that balance of toasted marshmallow, melting chocolate, and graham cracker that feels like summer and winter all at once. Crumbl’s S’mores Cookie captures that balance better than most bakery attempts I’ve seen. It’s not reinventing the idea, but it’s doing what Crumbl does best: taking something nostalgic and making it feel just refined enough to justify the size, price, and hype.

Visually, it’s a winner. The cookie has that rustic campfire charm — a slightly crisp golden-brown edge with a molten, gooey center that smells like toasted sugar and cocoa. The drizzle of chocolate across the top ties it together, while the graham crumble gives the perfect visual texture. It’s that kind of cookie you want to break open slowly just to watch the middle pull apart.

Flavor-wise, it’s a solid blend of everything you want from a s’more. The base cookie has a buttery, brown sugar-heavy flavor that mimics graham crackers well without tasting dry. The chocolate drizzle isn’t overwhelming — it’s a semi-sweet hit that balances the cookie’s sweetness. And then there’s that marshmallow center, which brings in both creaminess and a subtle caramelized flavor.

The texture is where this cookie shines: crunchy outside, pillowy inside, with those soft, melty layers of marshmallow holding everything together. Each bite transitions beautifully from crisp to gooey to smooth. It’s indulgent but structured — not the messy overload some s’mores desserts tend to be.

The crumble topping adds a really nice touch — a bit of grit and crunch that keeps it from being all one texture. And although it’s a heavy cookie, it doesn’t feel cloying; you can easily finish it without that regret that sometimes comes after a richer Crumbl flavor.

If I’m nitpicking, I’d say it’s more “refined s’more” than true campfire classic — the smoky element is missing, and it’s a bit too clean to feel rustic. But as a bakery cookie? It’s fantastic. It tastes like a luxury version of something you grew up with.

Verdict: Warm, nostalgic, and perfectly balanced between gooey and crisp. The S’mores Cookie is one of those flavors that reminds you why Crumbl leans so heavily into dessert nostalgia — because when they get it right, it’s magic.
