Wendy’s Review: Cherry Crumble Frosty

This one is a lot more fun than you expect going in.

Visually, it’s definitely more interesting than a regular Frosty. You’ve got the base, plus the crumble and cherry elements mixed in, which makes it feel more like a dessert than just ice cream.

The first spoonful is where it really lands. You get that classic smooth Frosty texture right away, but then the cherry comes in.

The cherry flavour is noticeable but not overwhelming. It leans slightly sweet with just a hint of tartness, which keeps it from feeling too artificial.

The crumble pieces are what make this actually work. They add texture and break up the smoothness of the Frosty, which gives it more of that “dessert” feel rather than just a drinkable ice cream.

The balance is pretty good overall. The Frosty base keeps everything creamy, the cherry adds flavour, and the crumble gives it structure.

It is sweet, but not in an overwhelming way. It sits in that middle zone where it still feels enjoyable rather than heavy.

Texture is where it shines. Smooth + crunchy works really well here.

This is one of those items that’s easy to finish, even though it looks like it might be too much at first.

It’s not something you’d crave all the time, but it’s definitely worth trying when it’s around.

Final Verdict:

A fun, balanced dessert with good texture. Sweet, slightly tart, and actually interesting.
