Copycat Crumbl Peanut Butter Munch Cookie
Ingredients
Peanut Butter Cookie Base
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ¼ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Mix-ins
- ½ cup chocolate chunks or chips
- ½ cup crunchy peanut butter bits or peanuts
Instructions
1. Make dough
Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
Fold in mix-ins.
2. Bake
Scoop large cookies.
Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
