Copycat Crumbl Mallow Cream Cookie ft. Lucky Charms
Ingredients
Cookie Base
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Marshmallow Frosting
- ½ cup butter
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1–2 tbsp milk
Topping
- Lucky Charms cereal (whole + crushed)
Instructions
1. Make cookie dough
Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until dough forms.
2. Bake
Scoop large cookies and flatten slightly.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9–11 minutes.
Cool completely.
3. Make frosting
Beat butter until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and milk until fluffy.
4. Assemble
Frost cookies generously.
Top with Lucky Charms pieces.
Tips
- Don’t overbake — keep cookies soft
- Add cereal right before serving for crunch
- Use marshmallow fluff for that signature texture
