Copycat Crumbl Cereal Milk Cookie

Ingredients

Cookie Base

  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

Cereal Milk Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp cereal milk (milk soaked with cereal, then strained)

Topping

  • crushed cereal (Cornflakes or similar)

Instructions

1. Make cereal milk

Soak cereal in milk for 10 minutes.

Strain and reserve milk.

2. Make dough

Cream butter and sugars.

Add egg and vanilla.

Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.

3. Bake

Scoop cookies and bake at 350°F for 9–11 minutes.

Cool completely.

4. Make glaze

Mix powdered sugar with cereal milk until smooth.

5. Assemble

Drizzle glaze and top with crushed cereal.

Tips

  • Use lightly sweet cereal for best flavour
  • Don’t over-glaze — it’s meant to be subtle
  • Texture contrast is key here
