Copycat Recipe: Crumbl Cake Batter Blondie Cookie
Ingredients
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ¼ cup sprinkles
Instructions
1. Cream butter & sugar
Mix butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
2. Add wet ingredients
Add egg and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Add dry ingredients
Mix in flour and salt until dough forms.
4. Add mix-ins
Fold in white chocolate chips and sprinkles.
5. Shape
Form thick cookie rounds.
6. Bake
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
Tips
- Do not overmix — keeps cookies soft
- Slightly underbake for chewy texture
- Use good vanilla for stronger flavour
- Add extra sprinkles on top before baking
