Review: Crumbl Caramel Pumpkin Cake

Don’t expect pumpkin pie. This cookie leans more toward pumpkin crumble — the flavour is closer to a flaky graham cracker with a hint of pumpkin spice. The caramel promised in the name gets lost completely, and the pumpkin itself doesn’t shine as much as you’d hope.

Texture-wise, it’s soft and crumbly, almost cake-like. It feels seasonal but misses the “wow” factor of a true pumpkin dessert.

Bottom Line: A fall-leaning cookie that’s nice enough, but not really pumpkin and not really caramel. A good idea that doesn’t quite land.

✨ Want to try this one at home? I’ll be posting my copycat recipe for it next week. Keep an eye out if you want to recreate the flavor without the drive-thru.
