Copycat Crumbl Kentucky Butter Cake Cookie
Melt-in-Your-Mouth and Buttery
Ingredients
Cookie base:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 ¼ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Butter glaze:
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Make cookie dough, bake 350°F for 10–12 min.
- While still warm, brush with butter glaze. Let set.

- Add a pinch of nutmeg to the glaze for a subtle warmth and depth — keeps it from being “plain.”
