Copycat Booster Juice Eclipse Smoothie

⚠️ Safety note: Use food-grade activated charcoal only. It can interfere with the absorption of medications and supplements. Avoid within 2–3 hours of any meds, and skip if pregnant/breastfeeding unless a healthcare pro says it’s okay.

Inky, moody, and surprisingly bright in flavor. Eclipse drinks the part of Halloween but tastes like a dark-berry smoothie with a tropical lift.

Ingredients (1 serving)

½ cup frozen blueberries

½ cup frozen black cherries (or dark sweet cherries)

½ frozen banana

¼ cup pineapple chunks

½–⅔ cup apple juice (or white grape juice)

¼ cup vanilla yogurt (dairy or coconut)

¼–½ tsp food-grade activated charcoal powder (start at ¼ tsp; add more for deeper black)

½ cup ice 1 tsp honey or agave (optional, to taste)

Instructions

Bloom the charcoal: Whisk charcoal into the juice until fully dispersed (prevents specks).

Add yogurt, berries, banana, pineapple, ice, and the charcoal juice to a blender.

Blend until glossy-smooth.

Taste and add honey if you want sweeter. Pour into a clear cup to flex the eclipse look.

Pro tips

For an even blacker finish without extra sweetness, add 1 tsp black cocoa powder along with charcoal.

If you want a thicker spoonable texture, swap half the juice for frozen pineapple.

No-charcoal option: Use 1–2 tsp black cocoa + ½ tsp ultra-dark food gel for color only.
