Copycat Crumbl Churro Cookie

This is the ultimate cinnamon-sugar cookie. It’s buttery, warm, and actually tastes like a churro — not just a cinnamon sugar cookie in disguise.

Ingredients

¾ cup butter, softened

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup sugar

1 egg

2 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp cream of tartar

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp salt

Cinnamon Sugar Coating

¼ cup sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon

Icing

½ cup butter, softened

1½ cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream butter and sugars; add egg and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients.

Roll balls of dough in cinnamon sugar. Flatten slightly.

Bake 10–12 min. Cool.

Pipe icing in a spiral on top; dust lightly with extra cinnamon sugar.

Tips & Notes

Chill dough for 15 min to get thicker cookies.

Replace milk with cream for richer icing.
