Copycat Recipe: Blueberry Muffin Cookie
Ingredients
- 1½ cups flour
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
1. Cream butter & sugar
Mix until smooth.
2. Add wet ingredients
Add egg and vanilla.
3. Add dry ingredients
Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.
4. Add blueberries
Fold in gently.
5. Bake
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
Tips
- Use fresh or frozen blueberries
- Don’t overmix to avoid breaking berries
- Slightly underbake for softness
- Add sugar sprinkle on top for texture
