Copycat Recipe: Lavender Matcha Latte (Hot & Iced)

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp lavender syrup
  • 1 tsp honey or sugar (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare matcha

Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth.

2. For Iced Version

  • Fill glass with ice
  • Add milk and lavender syrup
  • Pour matcha over top
  • Stir before drinking

3. For Hot Version

  • Heat milk
  • Stir in lavender syrup
  • Pour into matcha
  • Mix well

Tips

  • Don’t overdo lavender — it can taste soapy
  • Sift matcha before mixing
  • Use oat milk for a smoother texture
  • Adjust sweetness depending on preference
